I do Zen Meditation every night before i go to sleep, It will help to train for Wilding But for DILD or other techniques it may do the opposite because of the fact it relaxes you and that will make you sleep deeper, But it may also increase the ability to question your reality. So again it may be beneficial.
Its very Natural, But i do it anyway and still get lucid :)

Meditating always interested me...
Is there any tutorial for it or anything? I'd like to try it.

It doesn't matter how you meditate, as long as you can focus your whole attention on one thing, be it your breathing, your chakras, or whatever else you want.
Meditating before bed helps you become aware of the hypnogogic stage, which is a precursor to WILDing. You may also become aware of phantom limbs as you're falling asleep, and the only thing you need to do is separate your dream body from your real one.

So basically just focus on, lets say your breathing, and sit down and clear your mind or something?

Vigyan Bhairav Tantra : Index of 112 Meditation techniques (http://www.meditationiseasy.com/mCorner/techniques/Vigyan_bhairav_tantra/Meditation_techniques_index.htm)
It is said that those 112 techniques were designed for every type of human mind, which means anyone can find a technique that suit exacly to him. (in Osho's book).
Try it out!
