So i think my Dream Sign are girls...using that in reality checks..

Would it be safe, mentally I guess, to ask myself if I'm dreaming every time i see a girl in real life? Besides end of the world scenarios, shoot outs, and trains I don't have a dream sign that shows up as often as women. I'm not sure what other reality checks to incorporate, I already look at my hands and try to stick my finger through them. Any help?

that sounds good. i've been associating girls with lucidity. but you shouldn't ignore the other stuff, like those trains. try putting some pictures of trains on your computer and when you look at one tell yourself that you are dreaming and see yourself being lucid.
