Help Please

Well this is a stupid question, but how do you people out there that can become lucid become lucid and know that you are dreaming. I cant wait to have my 1st lucid dream, I have so many things planned. Help please!!:bowdown:

I would suggest that you should start with writing a Dream journal and do reality checks. I know EXACTLY how you feel and that you cant wait till your first LD. It took me about 1-2 weeks before i got mine. But when you have got your first LD, its like an barrier which is loosing, and your LDs will pop in one after another. So, go for dream journal and Reality checks.
