OBE's feel weird

i can OBE any night no whenever i want im just trying to prolong it. it only lasts 2 mins right now. its so weird but interesting, i can feel my body yet im somewhere elese at the same time very odd. and it feels like, well.... you know when you foot falls asleep well its like that it your whole body . kinda like a feeling but not felling if you know what i mean. does anyone have any tips for staying concentrated ? and making it longer?

It may be an off topic, but once while laying on my bed and being widely

awake, I suddenly experience total peace and serenity. I dont know

why/how it came on me... It felt so good, that I just enjoyed the moment

and didnt asked anything then...

ya it felt like a fuzzy paralyzed feeling starting at my feet and moving upwards.

Spiders? LOL, Im not sure what your talking, but those are what are on my ceiling. Its best for me not to think about them.
