I've spent the last week telling myself that I will remember my dreams when I wake up, repeatedly beating it into my brain before I go asleep. No dreams. Even before that, no dreams for months.

Any suggestions?

Ummmm, how about waking up every 3 or 4 hours? You can pick the time to wake up if you want, but this will probably will help you because you would have the dream very recently and your mind probably wouldnt erase it from your mind. After writing down the dream, go back to sleep and you can wake up later again if you want.

The thing is, this dream recall stuff I keep repeating to myself is screwing up my sleep schedule. I'm waking up at 7AM and during the middle of the night. Maybe I had a dream, woke up instinctively, but couldn't remember the said dream?

It's hard. I guess I have to be more persistent.

Have you triend Melatonin?
You can buy a bottle for about $3 at your local heath store. I did some last night and had 5 extremely vivid dreams. Like you, I have been messing up my sleep for the past month or so.
But I have been trying to WILD (again with no luck #&$%@!!!)

Yeah, I can probably get some, thanks. You see, I have to share a room with my brother. So this means I have to fall asleep to rock music and computer light. I've heard of MILD but not WILD. What is it?

Seeker-how much sleep are you getting before you try a WILD?

To resist is to piss in the wind.
Anyone who does will end up smelling.
Knowing this, why do I defy? Because my inner voice is yelling.

Huzzah, after 3 days I finally had a dream, also after using Melatonin! Thanks!

-------

There was a tornado about the town and I was talking with my father and my brother. I said, "We should go to garland, where Evan is at so the tornado doesn't hit us," My father says "No, we'll be fine, let's collect some firewood and build a fire under the house." Then, on the TV, which I didn’t turn on myself, I see a tornado and it's path, it's right by my house! It ventures near the gates of my fence and then moves away. I go outside my house and go to the back where this is a huge bunker shaped cavern entrance with fallen trees and rock formations strewn all about. I then started breaking off twigs and stuff and piling them in my hands. As I went towards the entrance, and saw my two cousins and my aunt, and one of them say "Do you want some extra firewood? And they break some off from the trees at the bottom of the cavern entrance.

I go inside the cavern and place my firewood into the fireplace and then go outside. At the top of the cavern wall I see an Aztec ruler and his advisor. He yells "Something's happend to Micheal!" My mom gets all distraught and I'm like "Fuck! Mike's been sucked up by a tornado!" Aztec step-pyramids form and I partially run up them when the ruler appears and an Aztec parade behind him. His drummers beat the drums and then he says "Wachutu!" He then says "Mike's gone to Haven." My mom freaks out because she thinks he's dead or something. He says "Nooo, ha-ha-ha, not Heaven, HAVEN!" Then a depression in the ground forms and beside it everything gets all dark and Bart Simpson appears. Apparently I thought my brother was Bart Simpson, yet was named Mike.

Have you ever tried to step in my shoes?!
Have you ever tried to balance on that beam?!
And if you ever tried to step in my shoes,
They’d never be quite as soft as they seemed.

Don't become too dependant. Maybe use it for a few more days and then stop. Hopefully your dream recall will continue.

I was using some supliments, but then I realised my melatonin wasnt really that strong at all..it merely contained 0,1 mg! Ha! Then I was like why am I taking something anyway, I get lucid anyway? But if you take it anyway try do less then the normal 3mg, the brain adepts to it and eventually it becomes useless.

Call it 'womens intuition', but I think I'm on to something here.

Yeah, I've decided to stop using it.

I'd rather dream on my own.

Your avi is cool. Kind of looks like something from the cover of a Santana CD.
