Food Scare

A total of 359 ready-meal foods have now been found to cause cancer. People who own these foods are being reccommended to not consume them. I am completely shocked at this and I thought I should just pass it on.

Oxygen can give you cancer. Free Radocals are atoms that have an uneven number of electrons, usually formed when oxygen reacts with some molecules. These free radicals are highly reactive, and can travel around the body doing damage to cells. If damaged is caused to a strand of DNA it can cause mutation, or cancer.

Just about everything can give you cancer, but yes having products which contain substances that may increase the risk is never a good thing. You would have to eat a lot of instant food though, and if you did this the damage to your body through a bad diet would probably be higher.
