Do you think that Michel Jackson will be found gulity. I don't. Because first of all in the eyes no one is above the law, but not in the eyes of the public. I think that it will also depend alot about the jury. if it has a lot of parents then he might be found gulity, but if the jury is primarly black, then he will probily be found innocent. I know that the morther of the child once lied about being felt up by a worker at Sears and got some money for it, so maby she is doing this agian.

P.S. this theard is not about if you think he is gulity.

Think before you post

I believe he will not be found guilty
He may be a little nuts, but he is as innocent as a child himself. Perhaps one or two smaller charges could be found to be 'guilty', but largely because he wasn't thinking (eg. the alcohol to minors)

I'm surprised there isn't some serious thought into his physcological problems. Although it may be bad for public image, there is a good chance (saying these acts did occur), that he would get off (no pun intented). Think about the man for a minute. He was basically beaten and robbed of childhood, by his no-good father.

People wonder how some can do such acts and violations, but they do not look into the person's upbringing. However, sometimes this is not always the case, and such things are to be taken into consideration as well.

And sitboy, you are not intelligent by creating generalized statements about a group of people. That's just ignorance. There are manyblack people that want to see him behind bars, and a many that do not. Besides, as much as you do not think there is a black community here, I am sure there is.

uh huh. I seriously think he has a problem, whether its to do with children or not i don't know.

New evidence is that a teenager has a story that jacko made him watch porn then molested him. His parent has a history of accusing celebriys of such crimes though so i dont think itll be taken seriously..

But if it is then its case closed and jackos down.

Nah, I mean like the repressed sort of things that people sometimes carry with them, that they become very disturbed throughout their lives.

I know that there is a black comunity here, all my life black people have been the majority. My current school is like 60% black. It is less than 1% white ( american born white, there are lots of bosnians) Pluse a lot of my friends are black. So please don't call me a rasict. Maby I am going by what one of my friends who is a little bit of a black surpermist said. Also he is a celebrertie so it will be harder to get a conviction.

It was implied

No, it wasn't implied. As dream-scape said, think before you post. Just don't go down the whole "he called me/she called me" road, and then when it's obvious that it wasn't indeed said, you say "oh, it was implied". I could say that about anything. What you defintely shouldn't do though, is go anywhere near racist stuff, or claim that somebody called you racist. That's just an flamewar asking to happen. So don't. I find it hard to believe you really are stupid enough to even consider that.

And then that certain thread of discussion died (because if it didn't there would be hell to pay for).

Just saw a video that documents Jacksons house (on a hand held camera) on the news its interesting how it focuses on certain objects longer than a few seconds (obviously trying to plant a seed in peoples minds- etc staying on a picture of a child for more than 5 seconds and the picture of the last super in which Jacko is in the seat of Jesus  ).

'strange' to think that this man has so many Dolls :? (its like somthing from a horror movie).

I have to admit that we cannot judge a man without the facts and evidence, its difficult to say hes Innocent or Guilty from my perpective, maybe hes both, but cannot make the distinction from what is wrong and right in his own head! (eg giving alchol to children)

If i had to make a decision based on if he would be found guilty i would have to say YES , this has to end somewhere and i think they will find him guilty! i hope hes innocennt though (but who cares about my judgement i dont know the guy)

I doubt he'll be convicted, but then again I don't think he did it. The mother of the person that he is accused of molesting sued JC Penney a few years ago because a security guard accused her of stealing. She won millions.

Yeah, I read about something like that. MJ paid a ton of money to shut somebody up about a load of molesting claims before, according to a TV show I watched (it was sort of biased towards him being guilty, though) and I expect that planted an idea in tons of people's head - make a claim, get money. Never mind if it's true or not.

If you've watched CourtTv for a few minutes, they act like he's been convicted already...it's super-biased towards him going to prison.
