That's stupid. It's basically "painting" the background onto reflective clothing by way of video projectors. Neat to see, but totally impractical. I thought it was real transparent camo at first :(

They say use it for things like for doctors who's hands get in the way, or tools. Or pilots while landing, or something.

I guess that depends... it would be practical for visual effects in a budget movie, if that is what you were going for and could not afford green or blue screening.
