Recalling Previous Dreams

Does anyone have any input as to how you can recall previous dreams.
Also do you know how you can recall other parts of previous dreams that you could not recall the first time. :lol:

eyyyy...im not that sure, but usually for me, recall just randomly floods back into my mind by something that reminds me of that dream, so its good to write down the dreams, for me at least.

Have you ever tried to step in my shoes?!
Have you ever tried to balance on that beam?!
And if you ever tried to step in my shoes,
They’d never be quite as soft as they seemed.

Thanks, I find that sometimes I remember something that I label as a previous dream. It helps sometimes.
