Meditation/WILD?

So, should my state of mind be somewhat similar to what it is during meditation? I've tried WILDing a few times, and I always just end up thinking too much. But, maybe I should start thinking of it lile I meditate. Just wondering what most people do (who also meditate).

WILDing doesn't require any effort besides patience and staying still, especially using the WBTB method. The goal is to enter SP as fast as possible. It is possible to use meditation as an induction technique but is very difficult, especially for beginners. I reccomend using the WBTB method yo get the hang of good WILDing.
