What's up guys?

I'm new here. Have had 2 LD's in the past three months, and I really like it. Any advice on remembering them?

Hello! Welcome to Dream Views! Congratulations on already having some lucids. As for remembering dreams, I suggest looking at this. It should give you lots of information and help on your dream recall.

Best of luck!

Yeah, that article of Muggler's should help. If you are having trouble recording specific instances- lie in bed for awhile and at least note whatever feelings you are sensing. Dreams can be very emotional- and this is often a good place to start so that you can eventually remember the dream's contents.

Well, it's great to have another LDer. Hope you get active!

Hey! Welcome! Try doing a Dream Journal, (obvious, but some people don't.) and autosuggestion and what not to remember your dreams in the morning and write them down. Develop a mantra that you will use to some extent every night before you fall asleep. That should build your recall fairly quick. Other than that, I would recommend taking Omega 3. It really helps my recall.

Good luck!
