U think this is normal ?

So I started reading about lucid dreaming last summer, but I only had 3-2 ( DILD )

Since I was a kid I had LD's almost every day. Well most of then were nightmares and I was trying to figure out how to die to end them.

I read that people recently had LD's after a month of getting into it ...

What am I doing wrong ?

Are you performing RC (reality checks) during the day? If so, don't get into the habit of doing them out of routine or doing them absentmindedly. I suggest becoming skeptical and more aware of your surroundings. I perform probably three or four reality checks each day only, but I am extremely aware of my surroundings. I smell everything, look at everything to see if things look wierd or distorted...

Usually my lucid dreams now are induced not from reality checks, but just from being aware enough. I've learned to distinguish my dream world(s) from what the waking world looks like. It gets easier with practice.

As well as this, you can repeat mantras (ex. "I will dream and realize I am dreaming") as you fall asleep. Try not to let your mind wander, and try to make the last thing you think about be the mantra. Simply reading about lucid dreaming and talking on/reading these forums help too. And, finally, drinking a cup of apple juice an hour or so before bed really helps some people, including me. I remembered 4 dreams and had 2 lucids the night I drank it; apparently it has hormones or something in it that aids in dream vividness and formation.

I hope that helps! Just keep thinking that you WILL lucid dream and that you WILL do it sooner or later. :3

All I can suggest, then, is to question everything, every time. Just be more aware. Unfortunately, that's all I can say. :C

Like Demara said, question things. Deeply. I would just suggest doing that, and constantly thinking about lucid dreams. Not everyone has a LD after one month. Everybody is different. Some could take months, some could take years, and some could take a few days. Just keep at it, and be patient.

Try to come up with a trick for remembering to be super aware. Maybe you could start by writing something on your hand. Then, when your prospective memory gets stronger, you could just tell yourself to remember every time you walk through a doorway, or every time you use the restroom. Beyond increasing your awareness, this will also train your prospective memory (remembering to do something in the future). This is very important in lucid dreaming. A strong prospective memory will allow you to just tell yourself to remember to become lucid next time you're dreaming. This is the basis behind Laberge's legendary MILD method.
