[Project]BBILD Study

I am using SBaGen to create binaural beats for BBILD(Binaural Beat Induced Lucid Dream), if you guys can find out ANYTHING, or have some study results of your own, please do share.

I am thinking about starting off w/ alpha waves, then transferring to theta waves, and getting exact frequencies for that. I am also wondering if I should use delta and/or gamma rays in alternation with theta. I will be hosting an sbg file of our progress on this. If anyone wants to help out, just post here.

I realize that, but I would like to do this with the dreamviews community. It would just seem more... "right".

I am currently about half way done with a .sbg file, I'll have it hosted on the OP soon.

I wouldn't mind trying the file you create.
How long is it going to be? Do you want people to test it in conjunction with WBTB?

Well, it was intended for using with WILDing, as I haven't come upon one of those yet. I also think it would be much quicker and easier to study with WILDing. It should also prepare the user for WILDing.

I'd rather the OP posted the *.sbg file, so we can see what frequencies he's used in it.

It doesn't look like I'll be able to try it tonight as I'm going to bed now
I'll check back here tomorrow. Hope you're managing to create it OK.

It's going to be quite basic, as I am trying to start off pretty simple, then go deeper in complexity as our studies continue on.

It's already called EILD. (Electronically Induced Lucid Dream).

Bottom of this page.

It can be used along with auto-suggestion while falling asleep. And I have had success doing that a couple of times.

I know this has been done before, but I want the support of the entire community.
I realise it's been done, so you can stop saying that.

I was just saying that you didn't need to re-name it.

I created an uncompressed wave file out of this. It can be used with your iPod by converting it to Apple Losless codec in iTunes

Download link:http://www.megaupload.com/?d=K8OMFXL7

Aknowledgement:

Created by cdh473 and the Dreamviews.com
community. 2009

This track was designed to be the perfect
Lucid Dream Induction track, heavily
increasing the user's awareness, while
giving them highly vivid dreams. This is
meant for using as a loop.

So, as far as I understand this can be put onto an iPod / CD and listened to as a loop when trying WILD?

I will try using it next weekend, I'll report back on whether it was effective at helping or not. Thanks for creating it, cdh473. Can you make a big link to it in the first post or something?

Well, I think I'm going to make it work with modulation instead of binaural beats, so you won't need any headphones, just a set of good stereo speakers...
You should lie down, relax, and let your mind go, just turn it on and WILD.

Binural beats by their very nature have to be played through headphones, wont work otherwise.

Also, why would you jump right from alpha to theta?

I told you, it's not going to be very good at the start. We will keep going with this and make it better.
