Music to help lucid dreaming.
Does chanting help you dream or get to sleep or anything? what about country walk visualization?

it sounds like you'd be interested in binaural beats. They are soundtracks that you listen to with head phones. It somehow triggers your brainwaves to slow down making is easier to lucid dream.

http://isochronic-tones.blogspot.com...sing-sine.html The nice thing about making your own is that you can incorporate your own music, making them far more enjoyable. For that, you're probably gonna want a sound file converter, like Switch. The learning curve for each of these softwares is about 15 minutes, combined. Pretty easy once you get the hang of it, actually. I'm sure Youtube has some great videos. The frequency you want is in the "theta range" (wikipedia binaural beats). That's where dreaming takes place. It's usually between 4 and 7 hertz. Check out the "attaining lucidity" forum...I started a thread on this a while back.

any music that is relaxing or that may calm you may help(not as much as the others listed.) but it is nice to listen to some classical music, or jazz before you sleep. just let the music take you away..

I don't really bother with them...too much hassle, for me, anyway. I listened to them once, and I heard voices, but that was about it. I think I may have also had slightly better dream recall and vividness, too. Again, simply listening to the beats will do little to nothing for your dream recall and lucid attempts. If used at all, they are to be coupled with other methods of dream induction (MILD, WILD, EILD, DILD, etc.). Only thing I'm sure of is that they are more powerful and easier to use than binaurals, so make of that what you will.
