this is what I do: I look around and ask myself 'Am I dreaming' and look around then I'll try push my fingers thru the palms of my hand and then plug my nose and see if I can breathe theu it. It takes me around 1 minuet and 30 seconds everytime I reality check am I doing it right? |

Yep, but incase they fail try the counting fingers, flip light switch and look at a clock look away then look back at it and see if changes (same applies to words). |
