I think that this number will vary much from individual to individual. For me personally, I have had the majority of my dreams be lucid in the past when I'm doing the right maintenance. Some people only have lucid dreams. But all of our minds work differently, and not everyone's gonna be able to do that. That doesn't mean that they're not "pro". To me, "pro" would mean that they are concentrating on dreaming and have improved their own count and quality to a near-maximum level. |

Well, I don't really think anybody is a "pro" per se, but I'd say I'm good enough to fit what you're asking. |

I usually have at least one a night, I average maybe 2 or 3 a night. Mostly so few because of my laziness. Before college, every dream I had was lucid; getting back to that state is my current goal. |

I've been at it for years. When I'm DJing regularly..7 a month. Im also in my 30s so my rem is lower than most people on this forum. |

It varies for me. When I am meditating and setting my intent at least every other night, I get one to three a week, not counting low level or short lucids. This comes in waves, though, and sometimes I may go months without any. Without any effort at all, I will usually get one a month. |

I'm not a pro, since I rely almost entirely on WBTB, but sometimes I can get streaks of 4 or 5 a week (although most of these are very short). But then if I stop doing WBTB, I get basically nothing. |

I've have been doing what I now know is Lucid Dreaming and Dream Control for way over 30 years by learning it on my own. I think almost all my dreams are Lucid with complete Dream Control now. You get better with practice. The hardest part is to know you are a dream. After you realize that you can take it from there. |
