All I know is we must direct all attention away from your body and to our desired form. I'm trying to transform into an animal too. Let's get better together! |

I found myself to be lucid after doing a couple of rcs, and I've been wanting to try to turn into an animal in a dream. I got the idea from a thread in this forum actually. Anyway, when I tried, all I could focus on was trying to turn my hands into paws. They weren't doing much of anything. Eventually my dream started destabilizing and I woke up. I'm not sure exactly what to do to make that work. |

I haven't done the invisible thing either, could be interesting. |

I also am working on transformation. All I can say is that making your hands into paws sounds like a good start. Keep us updated on your progress! |

I love transforming into animals! Watching videos of someone transforming into a wolf might help you to visualize it and then you could try to incorporate that visualization with the feeling of the transformation happening in a dream. |

If you're looking for extra encouragement, you might like to talk to some of the people from this thread: |

I haven't been able to figure out how to become invisible. I am improving at manipulating my body though, by stretching, fusing, growing, and shrinking body parts to get what I want. I grew a beak for the first time last night, simply by stretching my jaw with my hand. |

One time in a dream I became a lion. |

try to imagine what it feels like. |

Jacobs got the right idea! Maybe the trick is to imagine a feeling until we actually feel it. I'll try that in my next transformation attempt. |

I took the form of a robot in a dream, it was a nightmare. In one dream I turned into a child, I was around 8 years old in that dream, I don't remember what happened. I'm 25 in real life. I wouldnt want to become an animal in a dream, but good luck with it! |

I've been an animal in my dreams before, anthro though. And I didn't have to do anything, probably because I already have daydreams of being turned into an animal. So I'm going with constantly imagine yourself being turned into an animal.^^ |
