      What now?!

I'm a natural lucid dreamer and I found a discord server with tons of other lucid dreamers. I can already lucid dream with ease but I want to know how I can improve my lucid dreaming. I tried to read a few articles but they seem so confusing and use terms that I don't understand! Does anyone know where I should start to try and improve my dreams?

      Hey! Welcome to DV!

In my opinion, the best first thing to work on is dream stabilization. Increasing vividness and presence in the dream. The more stable the dream, the more you can do.

Classic dream stabilization techniques usually involve:
Stop what you're doing, calm yourself down, breath, look at your hands, pick things up and look at them, spin round.
Do things like this until the dream feels crystal-clear and you feel fully present in the dream-world.

You can even shout "Clarity!" or "Increase vividness!" and the dream should respond.

A nice simple start. But drastically beneficial.

      Hiya,
I find this forum very helpful with lots of Experienced Lucid Dreamers (20+) also lots of fun threads and competitions too keep you motivated too Lucid Dream.
A good place too start is maybe too read some basic Lucid Dreaming books, I found Robbert Waggoners Gateway to innerself alot of fun, also Stephan La Berge's Exploring the world of lucid Dreaming has alot of basic terms and tips for beginners and advanced.

Perhaps you can share some of the things you found confusing and terms you didn't understand. If you're new to finding this place then there might already be threads to explain things better for ya. You could also share your lucid dreaming experience thus far like what parts you find easy or may have difficulties or even goals. That way people will understand better at pinpointing what you could possibly improve.

It's so wonderful you are a natural lucid dreamer. Just know that you DON'T have to subscribe to the terms such as WILD, DILD, DEILD, FILD etc to enjoy lucid dreaming. However, you can try to learn more if you want to and familiarize yourself with the science and terminology behind it all. Anyway, welcome to the community. You can always search these forums, there are lot of useful topics.
