      A recurring person

I have had three dreams of a particular girl I will tell you exactly what I was doing and how I felt. None of these dreams are lucid. The girl I see is someone in real life. I work with her and that is all the relationship I have with her. I do have "feelings" for this person.

Dream 1: I was walking in a parking lot there was a sale going on and I was going to a particular spot to pay a merchant for an item, a ceramic giraffe to be specific. I noticed a couple of girls get out of a car. One of the girls was "The girl." She was walking with her friends and talking she didn't notice me. I looked at her for a about 2 seconds and continued with my task. I was feeling "Is that xxxx?" "That is strange."

Dream 2: I was touring a college I was following a group of other people with someone leading us. It was a very old looking college like old architecture. As I was climbing some stairs, "The girl" was on top of the stairs just smiling and looking straight at me. I gave her a smile back and continued up more stairs. I thought to myself "Hmm that is weird that she is here."

Dream 3: I don't remember a lot from this one. Actually this is the only part I remember. I was doing something and I hear a "I love you!" yelled out, I look around and it's her again I give her a strange sort of emotion. Something similar to this:

Like "Why did she say that?" I thought to myself.

That is the only times I have seen her. I am just wondering if there is any significance?

      Appreciate it

In the first dream, it sounds like she's not really noticing you. In the second, it appears that is changing and she is gaining interest in you, hence the smile and direct eye contact. Then in the third she is feeling love for you and yelling it out and you are all amazed by it all in each dream. Do you think that she is possibly developing feelings for you as well? Or maybe it is something you're wishing for and that's why you're dreaming it. What do giraffe's represent to you? I think of a delicate, elusive creature... maybe it's a symbol for the girl? Or somebody or something in your life, or maybe yourself?

In the dream "she" is a projection of someone you've created - might be the real person's image but it's not her. If you start to confuse the two, you may find yourself coming across a bit weird to the real life person. Your real-life feelings and your dream-life projection are almost certainly linked.

So, in short, she's yours. Which is a good thing, because you can learn a lot from "her" by bringing "her" to consciousness, and even having conversations with "her". (Try not to do this aloud in earshot of others, though). How does "she" feel about different people/events? Can you ask "her" to take another form if "her" current form is confusing you?

I suspect this is an example of what Jung calls "the anima". Anima projection is best recognised for what it is. Here's a good article:

      Anima Projection by Doug Mosely

By familiarising yourself with your anima, you will feel more comfortable with your feminine side, (at the risk of sounding cheesy).
