I think you should find yourself. The journey to find yourself is rather challenging but also rewarding. Find time to meditate and reflect on you as a person. Whenever you're stressed you should relax by using relaxation breathing techniques. Breathe in and out and also try to find an outlet for stress such as a hobby or something else to keep your mind off the other stresses. Life is only complicated when we perceive it that way. With every challenge that comes along just relax. Everyone stresses out but we need to remember that we can overcome stress.
