Dreaming about Spiritual Awakening

So last night I kept waking up every 2-3 hours and I ended up having 2 dreams, sadly I forgot the first one. So I went back to sleep and I was dreaming about these stone pyramid type things. The pyramids were dull, rough, and bumpy. I was told that I was going to need surgery from this Indian, and so everything went black and the dream just stopped for what seemed like a long while. The dream came back and I was really sore and stiff from it, I was on my way back to some place and I saw the same stone pyramids, but this time they were extremely vivid, smooth, and light was reflecting off of them. Then I found myself explaining to some people about the surgery when I found this piece of leather with the Indian's name that performed "surgery" on me and it said he performed a spiritual awakening.

After that I forgot the rest and woke up. This dream seemed kind of weird so I was wondering what exactly it might mean, thanks.

Shamans and dream adepts are known to perform what are called "dismemberments" in dreaming. They take apart the dreaming body and assemble it again so the dreamer can better perceive the higher dimensions of the dreamworld.

Well that's something, I guess!

I can understand why it's been forgotten -- that's happened to me so many times -- but it would have been very cool if you remembered; theories would've abounded!
