Hmmmmm. Well, water is the Element of Emotion, as Air is the Element of Intellect (so Flying is Thinking, while Swimming is Feeling, within the context of Dreaming). So Sharks would be negative or destructive emotions -- not necessarily your own Emotions, but your Emotional Environment contains many Negatives. This Negative Emotional Environment is getting a bit in the way... you can see this in the Dream where a Shark is blocking a door.

What can you do? Well, sometimes we must deal with the Life that is handed us. Some Emotional conflicts are inevitable. But there can be some Wisdom applied to any situation. For those whose emotional lives are overwhelmed, the usual advice is to "Pick one's Battles", that is, try not to be upset by the smaller things that can be ignored or put on the 'back burner'. Unless something is necessary or very important, then maybe forgetting it is the wisest path. Don't pay more for something Emotionally than it is worth. "Pick your Battles". Maybe that will cut down on the Sharks in your Swimming Pool.

Water is the exploration of a sexual desire. Swimming is your willingness to explore that sexual desire. Sharks are a fear of a new specific experience. Fear of being eaten is the sigma of an act you may desire. The shark stuck in the door is you feeling unable to relate to anyone about your feelings.
