This dream of Dsungaripterus (a flying reptile)

In this dream I had I remember walking up next to my boyfriend and some girl on the oceans shore. 3 miles to the right of us was a man and 8 more miles down from him and us were more people.. and to the left was also more people. We all woke up at the same time and I remember.. waking up and looking 8 miles ahead of us where we heard a strange sound.. someone was then thrown up into the air and was getting chomped on by this huge brown creature with a huge wingspan. I remember seeing the guy 3 miles away from us try and bury himself underneath the sand. Later in the scene I was home at my house and my boyfriend and the girl were no where to be seen along with the people at the shore. I remember my aunt and mom were watching tv and all of a sudden the Dsungaripterus was in my backyard trying to get through our hurricane proof windows..I remember grabbing a revolver and then waking up. I did not know what kind of specie this pterodactyl was untill further research on the internet. With more research it is true that these creatures are to be found near the ocean mostly to eat crustaceans. Weird ... but I have no idea what this dream means at all. One of my very first lucid dreams involved a creature almost exactly the same as the one in your picture. I was only nine years old at the time. The creature just sat there, and waited for me to sit on its back. Can't remember much else, as it was so very long ago. The creature was friendly in my dream though. Have fun working out the meaning.

I don't know what this dream is about, but it is an interesting dream, so I will do some brainstorming on it, and please let me know whether any of it causes you to think of something that may be related: In your dream, the distances are large, but regardless of distance or direction, all people in the dream are menaced by the same issue. So it is maybe a universal issue, anyway not just your issue. You all waking up at the same time could signify that you all became aware of this issue at the same time? This issue is not a new issue: it is a dinosaur, it should be extinct, shouldn't exist, but it does. Different people try to resolve the issue differently: some try sacrifice, others try burrowing their head in the sand like an ostrich perhaps (trying to hide from the issue or hoping if they ignore it it will just go away), others watch TV (escapism? Denial that there is an issue, that these are dangerous times), and you grab a gun (perhaps because you are ready to fight the issue, ready for self defense, ready to defend your home and loved ones). Of course, all this could stand for all kinds of issues, some examples: the issue could be one at work or in relationship, or a political or social issue. This is something you are concerned with, something of large magnitude or importance to you I think. What issues are you currently concerned about? Do any of them involve you boyfriend or your family? Do the numbers 3 and 8 have any significance to you? For example, I keep dreaming of the number 3, and for myself I have discovered that it mostly has religious meaning, as in trinity in Christianity, because I am a Christian and 3 is just very symbolic for me. However, for you the number may have different meaning. Also noticed that you and your boyfriend and the girl, that's also three, and then your aunt and mom and you is again three people. So I think the 3 is significant.

It was my my boyfriend and his dad.. we were all asleep but when my boyfriend and I heard "GET THE FUCK OUT OF MY HOUSE" from his dad we both shot up and tried to see what was going on but they had ran so fast...
