can someone please help interpret my friends reoccurring nightmare

So he's male. About to be 21 years old. He recently just got out of a relationship. He did the breaking up. (Just some need to know information about him) as far as I know, that's the only thing he's dealing with right now. I spent many hours trying to research and I found nothing. Decided I could use some help. This is the message he sent me about his dream:
"im stuck in a house Ive never seen before. No furniture.. No windows. halls and house areas still exist the house walls are like a Peach color.. errie sounds start and limbs Like arms hands and legs start crawling through the walls.. all of em seem to have like a black sort of bag sac thing.. kinda like a clear plastic bag full of black liquid on the ends of em right where it would connect to a torso.So they start crawling out of the walls of the house im in and freak out and leave the back of the house and start running.. Im in this apartment complex kind ive only seen this complex in other dreams. I make it the street and wake up there."

I asked him more questions about the road he said: "when Im running into it I look ahead but see nothing. just more road as I run but its different. its dark ahead as if I Don't know whats ahead. when I start running its clearly more road. I can't see because its too dark. I wake up as I'm running."

I asked him how he felt in the dream while he was running and he said "paranoid, like if I stop it going to get me"

houses often represent people's psyche. It could be his own psyche, but since the walls are a peach color it could also be a representation of his relationship with his ex girlfriend.
this is just a guess though. It could be caused by anything, like guilt or shame or regret. The only person who can truly know what it's about is your friend.

He should reflect and maybe meditate, it helps you learn about your feelings
