Thread: Spiders

I dreamed I was on my back, head downward on an inclined driveway. There was a group of about 8 reddish-brown female spiders weaving a mesh over my body. When they ran out of web, two brighter, dark yellow male spiders would replenish them, and they would begin weaving again. The web would recharge like elctricity, strong as thick elastic bands, but somehow I was free to move and even leave if I wished.

I was not being bitten, nor encased like an insect would be - more like protected. There was another dream character who had killed someone prior to the spiders doing their work. This DC was my roommate, and had killed our other roommate, and then began firing at me wildly with a gun as if he could not control or rationalize why he was trying to kill me. The driveway was the entrance to the house where these roommates and I lived. There were no cars in the driveway. So long as I was under the spiders' web, I was safe from being shot. Ideas?

(I don't have any roommates)
