      Lion Of Wisdom

      Hi all,
My life is completely strange, and I will get to the good stuff latter, but for now,
I want to share with you one thing at a time.
      So first:

      I had this "vision"
(I'm calling it a vision because I know it wasn't a dream, I didn't "dream" this event, I "visioned" it)
So, as usuall, I get ready for work like every other morning, I have a routine,
      1. eat breakfast
      2. change
      3. lay down on recliner and watch tv till its time to go

      So...I did all that and,
I must of been on the chair for no longer than a couple of minutes, when, I don't know if I "dosed" off, or just completely "blanked out" but all of a sudden I saw:
A male Lion, laying down, but with its head propped up. He was on an alter/rock slab.
I don't recall the Lion having a mane, but I knew without doubt it was a male.
Now, don't get me wrong or anything, I am not religous, nor do I go around selling bibles door to door. BUT,
I recieved two words during this vision, "Wisdom & Lamb"
Mabye "Lamb" would mean, Lamb of God...?
Mabye "Wisdom" would mean, like this Lion had total complete Wisdom...?
I also remember there was mist/fog all around,(Only at ground level) not dark, but fog like a foggy day, and mist like backyard misters.
As I saw the Lion, the Lion just looked at me, and all I saw was Wisdom,
Like I "SAW" what Wisdom looks like.
I have heard that when people see Jesus, they see Total Love, well I didn't see Total Love, I saw Total Wisdom. o.k. so far.........good
      NOW,
When I was looking at the Lion, I was moving, it was weird, I don't know if I had a body, It was like I just had eyes.
I was above the ground, Not walking. I did not have feet.
I started off probably about 20ft from the Lion, and I "awoke"/"cameback" when I was probably about 10ft from the Lion.
Now I didn't "jolt" back into my body, I don't even know if I was out, even though, I know with out doubt that I was not walking towards the Lion, but sort of "gliding."
I didn't see ground, if there was ground at all, it was covered by the mist/fog.

Then I just opened my eyes, I looked around, and I was like, hmm, Cool...
Some things I do not remember:
      1. What time it was when I had the vision
      2. What time it was when I came back
      3. What was I watching at the time

So...Could you kind people help me and try to disipher this vision with me.
      Many Thanks,

      Solofront

Perhaps a vision, or perhaps hypnagogic imagery.
Hypnagogia sets on during sleep onset, every time one falls asleep. It can be surprisingly vivid and, at times, be in the form of visual and audio hallucinations while the person still has eyes open (or perhaps thinks that they're open) - many different possibilities and they all happen.

Since it was morning, this could have very well been hypnagogia and/or a dream. The difference between the two isn't too enormous, really.

"Seeing wisdom" is a common concept for dreams. Dreams are made up of conceptual thought, hence things you "see" in a dream, things you "hear" and things you "know" are all of the same form - conceptual thought. Which is why during dreams it's common to just "know" the name of a dream character or something else along the lines of what you said you experienced with the lion.

Thank you Merlock, for the reply.
Dreams are so cool, I look forward every time I shut my eyes.
