Yeah. You slowly build recall, until eventually you reach your peak. I had 6 dreams last night, and it took me a week or so to get there from 1-0 dreams per night, that I have when I don't try to dream. I think even if you don't try to dream for a while, when you do try again it is easier for you to pick up where you left off. I consider myself to have (by my standards) good dream recall. |
