What to do once dreams signs are identified?

So I have identified some dream signs. They are in a list below.
      Flying,
      Running extremely fast,
The world has video game graphics,
      Being back inside middle school,
      Seeing old friends,
      Being chased,

So I have became lucid two or three times after encountering an old friend. But that was at least a month ago. How do I connect the dots when I am in my old school talking with old friends again?

The best dream signs are those, that you also encounter in waking life. The reason for it is, that you need to RC to your dream signs in waking life, so when you see a dreams sign in your dream, you also RC to it and it will get you lucid.

So do an RC, when you run, see an old friend or old school (this could work if you see those on picture as well, but would be better seeing them for real).

With flying - I pretend I just got lucid and imagine how it would be if I flew. Maybe you could do RC like that.

But the best would be to find dream sign that is both in dreams and in waking life.

I would also suggest to RC at totally random times, without dream signs. This way, you may realize you dreaming at random times. Otherwise, you would miss your chance of becoming lucid if none of your dream signs show up in your dream. Happy dreams

As far as the dream signs you mentioned, they can be used effectively, but as Gab says, they do not come up in life. You will have to do some form of autosuggestion. I use similar dream signs, but Gab is correct that normally dream signs should appear occasionally in real life. A good example is a stop sign; every time you see a stop sign, you can try to actually make out all 4 letters in the sign carefully. Then if you see a stop sign and it gets blurry or has digital letters when you try to clearly see all 4 letters, you can become lucid.
For the odd dream signs, like in my case, school work, you need another method. I spent 20 years in school and my brain will often have dreams about papers being due or a teacher marking me down for improper this or that. It is always a dream, but never happens in real life. What you need to do is spend a few days once in awhile where you repeat to yourself (mantra) many times that this means you are dreaming. For me it would be, "you know you no longer go to school, so homework will always mean you am dreaming." repeat the thought in your head so often that your brain considers this important.
Peace Be With You. Oh, and sure, The Force too, why not.
