Thread: Is this enough for Lucid dreaming?

Hi kamenriderbaron it's a funny question I suppose coz how can we know if anything is enough ... I suppose it's through getting a feelin for what we are doing and whatever it is that we are working on - it seems in your op you mention you haven't updated your journal in a while so there's something to work on already!

Look for feed back in your dreams...
Read tutorials and see if what you are doing seems in keeping with what others advise..

I suppose if your asking this particular question it might mean that you know it's not quite enough - so keep working on it coz your in the right place
