Along with dolphins post, if Lucid dreaming practice seems to be taking a toll on you or it's becoming frustrating, I would recommend a short break (1 or 2 days). I usually do this when I get frustrated or stress about lucid dreaming, and it often leaves me refreshed. |

i havent really been focused on the lucid dreaming part much but more on the recall alex, but maybe i am being a bit pessimistic as i always am dolphin. thanks ill try to see how ill manage in the next week or so and see if changing my mindset will help. |

Hard to say what you might do to improve without knowing more about what your doing |

Sure LUCID DREAMS are all fun and games until someone loses a third eye.
i do usually have some random awakenings during the night, and i go to bed at 3am and wake up at 1 since its the holidays now. i usually just say something like i will remember my dream and try to get into the sort of feeling and concentrate on remembering my dream before i sleep. thats pretty much it. |

Well if you sleep 10 hrs per day and have several awakenings that should be good for recall, usually it is easier to recall dreams near normal wake up time. |

yeah i just finished exams so i wont be thinking about that anytime soon, i dont really have any stress. i usually have many dreams to do with school, most dreams actually so thats something to look out for. |

You could try writing this down 20+ times before bed: "Tonight I am going to have a lucid dream!" |
|
you could try being more thorough with your journaling. Smallest details. Windows closed or open? What color are the walls? What was the DC wearing? How long is the grass? What were some of the objects you saw around you/what you were focusing on? I assume with 300 days of dream journaling you're already very thorough, but maybe it's been dying down because DJing is a chore? That would be most understandable. Just throwing this out there for what it's worth. I don't know how you DJ so i can't really judge it. |
