      kitten dreams

hi all, a newbie here...remembering dreams that are bothering me! i hope this is the right thread to be on...trying to remember as many details as possible...i'm a cat lover so i guess my emotions were confused when the white kitten dream happened...

i don't know what the heck is going on but i keep having kitten dreams!! a few weeks ago, dreamed of holding a white kitten that was hanging onto me with its' claws...last night had a dream of several black cats and kittens - some meowing, some quiet - but one was hanging onto my ankle with its' claws and it looked like a hard rubbery cat with sick eyes! i've been awake since 3 a.m...a few nights ago, it was frog dreams...i hope all this is just horse you-know-what...are the following interpretations of feline dreams accurate?

      Cats
To dream of a cat, denotes ill luck, if you do not succeed in killing it or driving it from your sight. If the cat attacks you, you will have enemies who will go to any extreme to blacken your reputation and to cause you loss of property. But if you succeed in banishing it, you will overcome great obstacles and rise in fortune and fame.

If you meet a thin, mean and dirty-looking cat, you will have bad news from the absent. Some friend lies at death's door; but if you chase it out of sight, your friend will recover after a long and lingering sickness.

To hear the scream or the mewing of a cat, some false friend is using all the words and work at his command to do you harm.

To dream that a cat scratches you, an enemy will succeed in wrenching from you the profits of a deal that you have spent many days making.

If a young woman dreams that she is holding a cat, or kitten, she will be influenced into some impropriety through the treachery of others.

To dream of a clean white cat, denotes entanglements which, while seemingly harmless, will prove a source of sorrow and loss of wealth.

When a merchant dreams of a cat, he should put his best energies to work, as his competitors are about to succeed in demolishing his standard of dealing, and he will be forced to other measures if he undersells others and still succeeds.

To dream of seeing a cat and snake on friendly terms signifies the beginning of an angry struggle. It denotes that an enemy is being entertained by you with the intention of using him to find out some secret which you believe concerns yourself; uneasy of his confidences given, you will endeavor to disclaim all knowledge of his actions, as you are fearful that things divulged, concerning your private life, may become public.

Kitten For a woman to dream of a beautiful fat, white kitten, omens artful deception will be practised upon her, which will almost ensnare her to destruction, but her good sense and judgment will prevail in warding off unfortunate complications. If the kittens are soiled, or colored and lean, she will be victimized into glaring indiscretions. To dream of kittens, denotes abominable small troubles and vexations will pursue and work you loss, unless you kill the kitten, and then you will overcome these worries. To see snakes kill kittens, you have enemies who in seeking to injure you will work harm to themselves.

If you disagree with an interpretation of your dream, it's probably best that you shouldn't believe any of that since it's your dream, not someone elses'.

It seems to me that it's pretty obvious that your love of cats is triggering your kitten dreams.

Describe the kitten with the "sick eyes" a bit more.

Were they evil and foreboding eyes? This could mean that a part of you wishes to stay away from cats for while or direct your attention to something less obvious in your waking hours.

Were they unhealthy and "I need attention, love me!" eyes? Perhaps you feel you aren't giving your pets (if you have any) enough attention.
