Thread: Dream Journal (What else.)

All I remember today is waking up in the middle of the night and trying to OOBE when I went back to sleep, and the vibrations tickled too much so I fell back to sleep.

Wait, I remember more now.

My brother had this tobacco pipe I had found on the road a day earlier and he wouldn't give it back (I letting him borrow it right now.) so I told him I'd force it from him and he gave it back. We both agreed we wouldn't let each other borrow anything ever again.

3/29/04 (My Birthday.)

I seemed to have projected off of some method someone recommended to me. Think of a melody and repeat it in your head just like you're falling asleep until you actually hear it, this will activate the reflex. But, the projection was confusing and I only remembered exiting and I couldn't see worth dog shit probably because it was night time. Maybe it was just a dream? It was way too blurry to be an OOBE.

I had a dream... About going to six flags and losing something in a giant bathroom... Then I went into a Japanese hotel and sat on a table waiting with some people for something...

I had a dream about some ancient Egyptian place that seemed very sleek and advanced technological. Everything had a blue tint to it. I remember a room with pods and a bridge.

I remember picking up a rubber tobacco pipe and going to a small class room, about 8 X 10 ft. I had two other classmates and a teacher. I couldn't see their face.

Meditation and trance before sleep is great for dreams. Refreshes the mind before rest. Anyways, I had a dream about GIs following me trying to desperately catch me. For some reason they believed they could catch me by growing a giant alien thorn plant in my house which grew out of control and had little people growing inside of it. I was not in the dream at all, it was viewed like a movie.

I was at a small party in contact with drugs of all sorts and was caught in the act.

5/11/04

I had a dream last night where I was smoking cigarettes with hash in the center of them with someone and my brother out on the lawn. My mom saw us smoking but she didn't care and went back inside the house. We went inside the house and I started playing the violin. The music I played was on the spur of the moment and it sounded perfect. I like the violin. I remembered the song in the morning, but didn't write it down and forgot it, sadly.

I'm thinking I had another dream because I started flying above mountains with a billboard on top of one of the peaks with a woman's face on it. Soon, I was not flying but swimming in a river of hell. Somehow I knew it was hell, can't tell you why. I was racing a woman to get back and forth from the boueys in the center of the river. The river dried up and we were both walking on foot in the dry mud that had dead vines shooting up it.

I woke up.

Had a dream that I was going to marry a very attractive woman but her father was Slim Pickin's from that movie 1941, you know, the fat hick. He told me that he'd give me a syringe of viagra as a wedding present but I had to shoot it in my bits n' pieces. (This is a wierd dream.) So I did, and CENSORED and they exploded. Then rematerialized (Thank god). For some reason Slim Pickin's the hick father was angry at me. He chased me all around my grandparents house trying to kill me and such until I woke up.

I had found that my old username didn't work so I got frustrated and created a new one.

It simply said that the username didn't exist.

June 29th 2004:

I had part of a dream before this one but I can't remember it. Wait, I remember part of it now. I was snowboarding towards a border control area that was snowy and in the mountains. I reached it and it gets a bit foggy in my memory. I walked through the buildings and showed them my dog-tags and they let me pass then I noticed I had to pay money but I realized I had none, so I dropped down low and followed by the guy's feet who had paid just a second ago and got through.

There were a bunch of people lining up in front of my grandparent's house wanting to come in to eat or something and I got to decide who came in and who didn't. They weren't homeless or anything, some actually looked kind of rich. A man in a green suit came up to me and I told him that I liked his suit so he could come in. Then an angry looking man came up to me and I told him I didn't like his attitude so he left. I was getting bored so I let everyone in. My grandparents came soon after that and were perplexed but not angry.

i have had a LD before. I'm not sure what it was about all i remember was that it was all dark like in space just without the stars or planets and i remember talking to some girl but i forget what it was about or what she looked like buti started to hair my dads voice but i coudnt see him then all off a suden i realized that i was dreaming it was kind of a waird feeling. I could fill myself laying in my bed but yet i was still in the dream shortly after i felt all of this (my dad still calling me) i knew my dad had been calling me cuz i was going to be late for school so i woke my self up......to this day i wish i hadnt done that cuz the felling was so incredible but if i didnt my dad would have waken me!

Anyways, I remember yet another dream from last night.

There were brown recluses in my mom car and they bit me three times. Once on the arm, once on the stomach, and once on the leg. I ran into Walmart and for some reason they had a doctor there and I talked to him. He injected an anti-venom and said that the poison somehow was balanced out between the three spiders so I'd be fine... Wtf.

Jesus! I just had an extreme psychonautic trip, I had at least 20 dreams in one night!

First, I was walking around with my father in this one video game level of Natural Selection and I was a prince and was staying at my uncle's house. There was a huge audience cheering me and of course the lady fans too. My mind got naughty and soon a wierd pimp guy caught me doing crap with a girl and we fought but he beat me up with his wierd pimp gold knuckles. Damn. After that, I realized, "Hey, this is a f**kin' dream, he's not beating me up, I'm not even feeling pain!"

So I floated out and let me tell you, controlled dreams are a lot harder to maintain than uncontrolled ones. I spinned to try it out, it DID in fact make the dream more vivid. Oh, by the way, near the end, I thought of my house and I was there. I imagined myself moving out of it and it happened! But once I passed through the wall there was only blackness and I woke up. I fell back to sleep and kept going, I know there was more after that but I forgot. It must've been at least 20 minutes long and the whole time I was lucid. Sad thing is, I forgot a large portion of it, but I'm surprised how naturally this came to me. No reality checks, I just knew that it was fake.

July 12, 2004

My first dream was about a pirate gang inside a canyon-like school fighting a new pirate gang. The other gang was full of brats and beat the old one but then the leader came up with a plan to trick them to fall into a water fall, I know it was much more detailed than that but I can't figure it out.

The second dream I had I saw a guy which I presume was Donnie Darko walking in the street and I took him by the shirt and told him, "It doesn't have to be this way! You can still save her!" He pushed me away, and I screamed, "Listen to me damn it!" Dream went into first person view from Donnie and I was sitting in this strange I.Q. testing place with my girlfriend. She did very well and left. I walked past the proffesor and went to a door behind him and entered what seemed to be the proffesor's private restroom. I found a vial of a drug that apparently was used all the time in this dream and stuck the needle deep into my wrist and shot it.

I found a strange bright yellow hat that injected a huge dose of the drug directly into the brain and fit the velcro onto my chin. I went into the shower and turned the valve letting the water pour over me. I reached up and pressed something which caused all the needles at once ( 8 ) to inject this drug into my brain. Woke up.

August 18th, 2004

(Most vivid dream to date. Reading previous journals beforehand caused this dream I believe.)

I was sitting on my brother's computer per usual and believed it to be reality. (I'm on his computer a lot.) I realized that this was a dream and spun involuntarily out of control with gravity pulling me in circles, which woke me up.

...It has been awhile since I updated this journal, due to stress and simply lack of motivation. But, I endeavor to persevere in retrospect to all my past experience and the progress that I made so long ago... So back on track.

This dream I recorded in my hard copy of my dream journal at some point during Late December:

Early parts of this dream involved room to room evasion of zombies by an unkown female form, in 2nd person.

The second setting is in a post-apocalyptic rural landscape, essentially a ghost town. Quite Eerie. A survivor that I meet talks of some sort of failure to stop an alien conquest of Earth. First Person.

The last scene is the shortest of all, with me listening to a NASA official recounting the history of a top secret colonization project in the event of Nuclear Armageddon. The scene now shifts to a cryogenic loading mechanism with strange rotating metal pods connected to a axled floating in space. Oddly enough, I am observing Jim Carrey being sent through a loading tube, unaware that an alien infestation is creeping its way into the chamber he is currently trapped in. My terror increases steadily as this being comes nearer and nearer climaxing when it nearly reaches him and I awake. Second Person.

Another dream a day after had something to do with a redneck, an aerosol can, a fan, and an explosion. It was very vague.

Something I notice, directly maintaining a dream journal and regularly reading it seems to stimulate the subconcious memories bringing them to the surface. State Association I suppose. More than anything I suppose a dream journal would stimulate the dream-memory connection.
