3/26/08 no recall on 3/25

I listened to Subliminal Lucid 2.0 last night. I got very relaxed, almost paralyzed, but no LD's. I didn't recall my dreams. This afternoon I took a nap. Usually a time for my most vivid dreams and easy recall. Again no LD, but here's what I can remember of my dream.

I'm on a hike somewhere, outside not sure where. It seems the trail or whatever ended and I came to what seemed to be a hospital (?) I walked down the halls. I didn't see anyone. I passed by an office with a waiting area. It looked like it was abandoned. There was a rack where books should have been, but instead Rice Krispie boxes (lol) at the bottom were some keys, I took them, they were tagged but I couldn't make out the markings. I must have dropped something or knocked something over I made a noise and thought someone would come and catch me. No one came.


The last part found me in some sort of lobby. There were some couches and what looked to be some sort of guard or concierge. He was giving orders. Didn't pay attention to me. I sat on a couch and then two other men sat down, It wasn't big enough for all of us, so I got up to move to find another seat. I had taken something else, because I have a memory of trying to look at something I had without being seen. Then I woke up.

I did many RC's yesterday and today, but I didn't when I was dreaming. I've just started on this path so I continue...

Sounds like some very interesting dream fragments you have here. I like the one wih the trains. Sounds like they were great dreams where you wake up asking you self WTF lol, I have quite a few dreams like that.

Anyways don't worry about not doing RC's in your dreams, as I find that I do not do them too often. When I have DILD's it is most likely because I just stop in the middle of my dreams and tell my self I am dreaming (sounds silly but I do this quie often, it ugs me sometimes lol), or I am thrown into some body of water and can breath under the water (I do a lot of nose plug RC's so the breathing underwater or such is a great dream sign for me). I also find that sometimes I am trying to walk or run and I just start to float off the ground, this either freaks me out really bad or I become lucid on the spot now days.

Thanks for your reply. I like the idea of the dream signs especially running (possibly jumping) I'll have to try that. Most of my dreams seem to be like WTF lol. I never seem to have happy ones though, just very strange. Well they're never boring lol. Thanks again, Dennis

You are very welcome for the reply. Don't worry about your dreams being more strange than happy, my dreams are the same way. I think I would consider 'happy' dreams to be WTF dreams for me lol.

I am glad you like the idea of my dream signs. It is a bit unnerving when you are trying to run or walk up a hill and start to float off the ground lol. Took me awhile to get use to it and start using it as a dream sign however.

3/28 No recall on 3/27 Took a nap this afternoon. Just a few fragments. Something to do with work. Just a note, my office never looks the same as in this dream. Not much recall, just I was there. Another interesting note. This happens frequently. I fell asleep with the TV on and I hear one of the commercials in my dream ( a very annoying one for Cablevision) and I sing along word for word LOL Sometimes the theme of the show example: cooking will slip in or just a line from a sitcom. Could be used as a dream sign I suppose, I'll have to work on that.

3/29 no recall. I think I'm going to try some new techniques. Same on 3/30 3/31 I'm surprised I had a few a least I could recall in detail, now nothing. I guess thats how it runs

Got to get back on track the waking world has been distracting lately.

4/29 In some sort of waiting room, saw an old co-worker. On a train again. Diesel, saw the engineer and fireman not sure where we were going. The alarm went off then, damn.
