Tibetan Yoga of Sleep and Dreams
Please don't post in this thread, any questions send them by PM. Thanks!
I will only say this, if you want more information about tibetan yoga of sleep and dreams you can check out The Tibetan Yogas of Dream and Sleep by Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche, which is the book from where I'm learning.
Okay, the first step in my training will be to strengthen my concentration in order to be able to do the practices in a good way. I will apply Zhiné every day 15 minutes after lunch.
The second part of my training will be to go to sleep in a relaxed state of mind by doing nine breath breathing before bed, and going to sleep while allowing peace to overflow in my conciousness.
Tonight I shall only do the second part of the training and tomorrow night I will post the results as to see any advancement in my practice.
Good night.

Interesting
Well it's only been three days. I haven't improved my concentration however there is something interesting i wish to talk about. Three days ago I had practically no dream recall and in only three days I have been able to recall almost three dreams (forgetting them quickly but its great progress). Also, I think that the vividness of my dreams has increased and they are more intense emotion wise. Well that's all i wanted to say, I will keep this journal updated.
Bye!
