Post What is it when you actually control yourself in your dream, but you dont know your dreaming?

i know this is probably a dumb question but in most dreams i just watch what my person would do in certain situations. in my recent dream however, i controlled myself perfectly and vividly, but i didnt know i was dreaming.

It's just a non-lucid dream with control. Most of my non-lucids are like that.

I would say you might expect to have them more often, if you're new to lucid dreaming. I'm not sure, but I think it may have something to do with being just a little more conscious than in a completely uncontrolled non-lucid. So, in paying more attention to your dreams now, these might actually become quite normal for you. That's just a theory, though, but hey, makes sense to me.
