      an absolutley black night

i had a totally black night last night. no dreams or memories of them whatsoever. what's more, i tried WBTB with the 30 mins alram clock method that someone suggested and it still didnt work - i cant believe how much they screwed me over.

I tottally know what you mean man, the night before last I had a very influential (for me) lucid, and I signed up on this board and thought 'yea! let's try this lucid lark seriously!'.

But last night, I had a black night aswell, and when I wake up after a black night, I do not feel rested. As a result I've been in a foul mood all day and I had a huge argument with my dad and got fraustrated cos I couldn't explain what was bothering me...

All in all, after one black night I've had a pretty shitty day.

I've never called it an interest, but I think I under estimate the imprtance of dreams to myself and everyone else.

A "black night".. I like that description!

I've experienced this as well. When I wake up from a "black night".. I feel somehow cheated and sometimes this feeling puts a damper on my morning.

Yeah. I've had a black night since I was born damnit, With the special occasions in the past 33 days of recalling 15 dreams...
I'm just simply not even sure if it's possible for me...

yeah, it seems hard to remmeber dreams if they arent at all relevant in any consious way.- i went to sleep again last night and thought i had a black night when i woke up, but i drove to uni and on the way i racked my brains and it popped into my head - idreamed totally irreevant things - one was that a lady knocked on my door and told me she was going to fix my car - but theres nothing wrong with it - nor am i worried that there will be!
