Its always daytime in your dreams? Are you talking LDs or non-LDs?
In my LDs its always night. I have to force the lights to come on.

ok, so there is no concept of time in my dreams. it is almost always daytime in my dreams. well, it is always light out. very rarely is it ever dark. but, i have no concept of time in my dreams. like, no days, hours, minutes or anything. my bf has dreams where weeks go by in his dreams, in just a short time in reality. do you have time lapse in your dreams? or is it just one long day type thing? jw.hehe

The wall is silence, the grass is sleep,
Tall trees of peace their vigil keep,
And the Fairy of Dreams with moth-wings furled
Plays soft on her flute to the drowsy world.

I do feel time pass, and it might be daytime, or nighttime. The dreams I have seems to feel like they last for as long as they actually last, depending on dream recall.
For some people, some dreams feel like they last for hours, even days or weeks. This is probably caused by scenes skipping like in a movie without the dreamer being aware of it. This applies to both lucid and non lucid dreams.

it doesn't seem like time passes at all. everything just is. i remember my dreams by what happenes, but there is no sense of time. time is irrelevant in my dreams.
