So I then directed this question to DreamGuides instead. though I have yet to find an answer. or my dreamguide. but if anyone has tried or wants to I believe that would be of great help!

Asking Dream Charactors for help
If you summon all the DCs there are, and ask them to tell you that you are dreaming when you are, what would happen? And second, ask any DC for the best way for you to induce lucidity. I think of all people, they would know. So, any ideas of other ways DCs can help you?
By far, Mothra (in all of it's forms) is the worst kaiju of all time.

Next time I get lucid, if ever, I will totally give it a try. Think about it, its a wise "investment"

read the DC's say the Darndest things thread and the "Stupidest things that made you miss LD" thread
almost 100% of the time when someone asked a DC something about dreaming, they just give you some smart-aleck remark
it has not ever happened to me, but if it does i swear i am going to drill that DC until he/she gives me a straight up answer
