      Attaining Lucidity through Subliminal Messages (Links)

      I just recently heard about this that if you look/stare at one of those subliminal texts that it will help you attain a lucid dream. Also there's one for getting better dream recall as well. My question is do these subliminal messages actually work? I looked around found websites. You may look and if anyone has anything to comment on, it would be great.

      I don't hink subliminal messages are needed. You can just temm yourself and your sublimal hears it as well.

      Interesting, when I tried it I felt kind of hypnotized in that it was hard for me to look away. Sure hope they didn't sneak any secret messages in like 'eat more muffins'. No wait, that's a good thing

      I'm still struggling to have another LD. I like the subliminal idea, it sounds like the perfect way for us lazy people but it doesn't work for me. I stared at it for 5 minutes last night and I can't remember any dreams from last night when I usually remember one or two.

      But I'm bound to have nightmares tonight, I got into a pretty nasty fender bender accident with my car. How I wish I could start this week over again.

      I think becoming lucid is just like anything else you dream about... if you've been thinking about it, or if it's been a decent portion of your life lately then it's more likely to occur in your dreams.

      I haven't tried the subliminal messages yet. I only tried them for two days at night, but I don't think I had a LD. I'll keep trying though. Madskater, I think you're right. A while ago I stopped trying to get a LD and then I got back into it again and recently I've been getting a couple of Luid dreams.
