Thread: can the blind dream?

I believe I read that they do dream, but their dreams are more of sensations such as light and dark, feelings and words.

very interesting....I wonder if any one here is blind..

That's a good question, though. I doubt they dream of color unless they once experienced physical sight and remember. Try explaining what blue looks like to a blind person. Go ahead. Try.

I have heard from several different sources that many blind people do dream and that some are just like those with sight. And Seeker, I don't think that's a horrible thing. I mean, it's kinduv a blessing too. Better than never ever getting to experience sight. Well i couldn't say, I'm not blind. Actually I am legally blind - I have super strong glasses. But not like blackout blind. 8)
