I think its possible for people that suffer from parlysis can move in dreams because you are paralyzed when experencing a dream and if they cant move and quadraplejics move in a lucid dream.

Why couldn't they move? I suppose most paralyzed people know what moving is like, and that's what makes the situation different from blind_from_birth people. Besides you can fly in dreams though you can't do it in real life.
