Hi there lefkos![]()
Do you write your dream down as soon as you awake from one.
If and when you do. Try to remember to keep your eyes closed. Also try to not let any other Non dream related thoughts infect your thought process in trying to have the best dream recall as possible.
alright i give it a trybut as i said if i say in mij head ' tomorrow i know what i have dreamed' than the next day i doesnt have a clue from what i have dreamed and i always try to remember but i really dont know what i have dreamed
if i had a dream mostly i only know some parts of a dream or dreams are very short
must i wright down every piece of dream i remember? even if it doesnt fit 'my story'?

As they said before, keeping a DJ is essential to improve dream recall. It doesn't matter if you only remember a few pieces of dreams that don't make sense. The important point is that your mind will get the habit of recalling dreams and it'll become easier with practice. Also, while writing down the parts you remember you're likely to remember more. Try asking yourself 'how did i get to that place? who was there?' etc.
P.S. Never think that you don't need to write a dream becouse you remember it very well, chances are that you will have forgotten it an hour later.
If you want the maximum amount of success, keeping a DJ is very important.

You're doing great, don't worry so much. The only keys are patience and constancy.
I find it funny to reread my DJ when I'm back home and have forgotten what I dreamt last night. As I read it my memories of the dreams seem to reappear from nowhere and think "how can I have forgotten all this stuff?"
Once you recall a couple of dreams every night (might take you 2/3 weeks) proceed to the next step -> inducing lucid dreams![]()
