      Does any 1 here know how long it takes to enter REM, if you

      Does any 1 here know how long it takes to enter REM, if you went to sleep.

      I want to immeditly go inot REM, but i know i can't. So i wonder how much time passes from when i first hit the pilliow, to when i enter REM

      I know if you have already been a sleep its really easy, BUT HOW LONG IF I JUST WENT TO BED E BED

      Seeker is right. After that, the cycles get shorter. In the end, you can wake upin the morning, go back to sleep and enter it within a couple of minutes.
