I've been through a little of a dry spell also, I've been trying to work more with MILDs and DILDs so that I'm not solely dependent on WILDs for LDs. I'm mostly out of it now though, I just took a break from all LDing and I started to remember my dreams well again and now I'm getting more LDs so I'm happy now.

Maybe take a break for 4 or 5 days, it might do some good.
      WILDs - 38
      MILD/DILDs - 44
      VILDs - 8
TILDs - 1 (Thirst Induced Lucid Dream, never going through that experience again...)
Total: 98 - So close to the big 100

phonix, it might help if you take a few swallows of a caffeinated drink/soda.. don't drink too much.. just drink enough to help "wake you up" a little bit.

If it won't bother you or anybody else, you could try and make the alarm sound every five mintutes to wake you up if you fail the WILD or if you're losing consciousness while doing it.
That's how I wake up for school after 5 hours of sleep lol.

It doesn't have to be coffee.. I mentioned soda (like pepsi or coca cola).

Suppose I could, but I don't want to have to do that everyday!! I guess I could walk around for a bit or use the loo. Would that help?

Have you changed the following in the past week:

      1) Diet
      2) Intensity & frequency of physical/mental activity
      3) Your general mood for some reason or another?
      4) Sleeping schedule

These may all affect how successful you are with LD'ing.

I managed to lucid dream for what felt like 5 seconds after doing a FILD . Unfortunatly, the dream was very unstable and I just ended up waking. Can someone plz explain why this happens to me: Whenever I used to WILD or FILD (as I did) whenever I wake in the dreamworld, I feel like 10 tons is loaded on me and I can't speak, I have to crawl out of my bed, (whenever I WILD in my dream I wake in my bedroom). Why does this always happen?
