yeah, It's really hard to wake up, especially monday mornings. It's hard cause for example, when I"m tired, I tend to neglect my responsibilities since I"m not conscious enough to realize it, , I know how you feel. I often have nasty mornings with my ears hurting, and I could vaguely recall my mom constantly yelling at me
and trust me, Alarm clocks won't work. It's better than people getting frustrated at you, but that doens't work for me cause I grew built in instincts to automatically switch turn off the alarm clock the second I hear it ringing. and I tried two alarm clocks. The first two weeks was horrible. I'd have nightmares of the alarm clock, like I'd dream an annoying guy making those beeping sounds and I'd sleep like that for about hour until I finally woke up with my ears blasted. Then I grew built in systems to shoot my arms to each alarm clock, automatically turn it off and go back to sleep.
And so, i think it takes mental powers to wake up in the morning. No matter what devices you use, you can always get used to it or build instincts to stop it, but if you meditate and practice each night, wakign up the moment you're out of sleep instead of swaying back to sleep, you might be able to wake up right.
I also heard that if you tell yourself, after waking up, to go and open the window for a second to get the fresh air in, and you promise yourself to sleep right after, you can wake up because the fresh air might drive your sleepiness away.
