Okay, I´m starting to get approximately one LD per week. But they only last for 2-3 minutes. And they´re seldom extremely vivid. I rubb my hands, I spin, I scream "INCREASE LUCIDITY" and stuff like that but it doesn´t make that big difference... And those LD´s where it´s as real as reality I don´t do any of those techniques, because it´s already perfect.

      What am I doing wrong.

? Getting stressed about it ?

Seriously - adrenalin etc will wake you for sure, and your lucidity enhancement methods, all sound quite loud/ active whatever....
So although they may work a treat for some, perhaps you could try something else?
My first thought would be meditating..., or yoga/ t'ai chi?
Otherwise perhaps try rubbing your hands together but gently and examining them carefully, slowly and dispationately. Spin slowly like a Sufi whirling dervish.
Whisper (very clearly and definitely) 'increase lucidity now'.

      hope that helps
      sweet dreams

That gives a few ways to increase lucidity. A little different to the commonly known way of yelling "Increase vividness/lucidity/clarity".

Also check out the rest of the site as it is based on LD.
