Well, I just woke up two hours ago. What sucks is that I cant remember 2 of my dreams, I'm pretty sure I had 3. I'm a rookie lucid dreamer, but it's frustrating, especially cause I'm 99% sure I was lucid in my first dream. Does anyone else have any tips that can help me remember dreams???

Make sure as soon as you wake up that you right it down, some times you might wake up go to the bathroom then get back in your bed and forget what you were going to write down. This has happened to me several times.

Well, I have tried everything you guys told me, but I found something out. I'm a really heavy sleeper. The alarm won't wake me up.
Now I have another problem I have done some damage to my sleeping system. I sleep for short amounts of time 30-45 min tops, although I feel like I have slept for hours. I even have dreams, which should be impossible. This is generally good, but immediately after I wake up, I feel sleepy again and after like 2 hours I end up falling asleep for 30-45 min... AND THE FREAKIN' CYCLE WON'T END!!!! This has been going on for 4 days and I want to die.
Worst of all, I think I have totally lost the ability to become lucid.![]()
