Wus up Dream Views? Phantom checking in again.
Well, I had my 4th Lucid dream last night.Hell yeah
I say last night, what I mean to say is this morning, I'm looking for any and all details that could have brought this on.
I went to bed around 3:00AM and got up at 8:00AM to take medication for a cold my doctor perscribed about 3 days ago. I had to put food in my system so I ate 4 crackers and drank about half a cup of Mountain Dew (which is littered with caffeine) I went back to sleep.
At some point, I woke up and heard my mom talking with my brother in the other room, but I went back to sleep during that period.
It was then that I became lucid for what did not seem to be a very long period of time.
Do any of these details strike anybody as being text book examples of Lucid inducing, or was this just another random Lucid Dream?
Crazy, but that's how it goes!

What psych said.
Being lightly woken up, but not fully conscious, generally helps with lucidity.
Of course, it could be something with the medication.
And, how long were you awake during that woke up, took medicine, got a drink, ate crackers phase?
The amount of time you spent awake before going back to sleep could have something to do with it.

Crazy, but that's how it goes!

The caffeine might of kept you in a semi-conscious state while dreaming but in honesty I don't know much about the effects of caffeine apart from keeping you awake...![]()
