Thread: LIST: Places to visit in your dreams

I've always wanted to visit some snowy landscape near the northern lights. I just think that would be the greatest experience, flying through them and taking it all in.

I want to visit a place like in the banner for this site

I would personally myself like to venture into space haha
I havent heard much about this topic in dreams, but they say the only limit in your dreams is your imagination, so i would imagine it possible

You don't need to actually know what it looks like. If you want to go someplace, you already have an idea of what it looks like in your head so its possible to dream yourself there. Your brain will fill in the minor details for ya.

That's where the pictures and videos come in. So that your mind knows in some way how it should be.
It will never be as in real life - but with some knowledge mixed with some imagination I think it will be better than real life.

Of course, the first planet I was in while child in Lucid Dreams.

The Northern Lights are far more amazing in person than even in the pictures and videos. It's a breathtaking, awing experience that leaves you feeling small and insignificant. There's a particular memory of seeing them, while listening to a very appropriate song (Edge of the Universe by the Bee Gees) I'd love to revisit someday. Anyway, enough on that ramble. >_> If anyone gets the chance, the Aurora Borealis are spectacular from northern British Columbia and from Labrador.

I'd like to visit Japan and walk amongst the Sakura trees someday. They're so pretty...

Okay, if you're a gamer like me, and you've played FF7, you'll understand. For starters, the music is just CHILL music. Bright sunny beach, this playing, perfect weather, and women everywhere

The Shire -
Don't even know if I need to say WHY I want to visit here, if you've ever read the books, seen the movie, or played Lord of the Rings online you've heard about the Shire which is basically this beautiful little isolated countryside

Post yours! I've got plenty more but I gotta do other stuff at the moment.

The Medieval Era

I have always wanted to see what it was liking being back in the medieval era. I plan on being a normal citizen that's gifted in sword fighting and magic abilities and what not.

One lucid dream I had a little while ago took place in a shire-esque area. It wasn't as vivid as it could have been, but it was still awe-inspiringly beautiful.

I'd like to visit a large plains area with rolling, grassy hills. Something serene like that would be really nice to me.
