well, even if you are loving yourself... what's wrong with that? dont people tell you to love who you are anyways? It just doesn't seem like it because it's you're physically looking at someone else.
but if you find that you really like one of your DCs... who cares? go ahead, no one's stopping ya
...and if they try, they'll regret it!
..well, you'll enjoy watching them suffer hanging over a pit of hungry alligators, or as a mosquito in a pond of hungry frogs, anyway.

Btw, your enemy sure looks funny with his/her face on a rat. You ought to try it sometime. Then bring on the bobcat!![]()

You talk to vacuum cleaners and safes, you've had apple trees growing in your living room, tigers and horses in your dining room, an elephant in your bedroom. I've seen you locked in a jail in the middle of your living room and once someone swore they saw you floating in mid-air! How do you explain that, Major Nelson!?
I wouldn't consider love in dreams narcissistic, as lagunagirl stated, so what if you're loving yourself in dreams? It isn't anything bad, after all, it's all just a dream, we can do whatever we want in it.
I made out with a girl in a dream once, and was soaked in the feeling of love all day. Never felt anything like it. I don't see why anybody would frown on that, unless ofcourse they think it's unfair you can do it, but they can't.

Lost count of how many lucid dreams I've had

I know exactly how that feels. I remember having a dream once where I met the perfect girl. She was just amazing, and my dream was largely spent with her.
I remember waking up and I kept trying to get back to sleep in order to go lucid & find her again. This was January of this year, I never saw her again in a dream. I felt TERRIBLE because the dream was over, it was just this sad feeling all over me. I couldn't shake it!
It's amazing how dreams can affect one's mind![]()

Who says love in a dream is narcissistic?
I have an amazing dream about love... it was so so so intense. I even wrote about in on my blog b/c it was so intense. Waking up was....terrible, actually, it was a terrible feeling ending that fantastic dream, b/c the dream felt so secure, so peaceful, so loving.
i had one a few years ago
i could have sworn it was a shared dream, it felt so real
it was a dream and apparently me and this girl had already been going out for some time when the dream started, to this day i still think that i had a shared dream with someone i didntknow. I remember waking up and all day i was thinking "i wonder if she was real, that would be awesome". Actually, next time i LD, i think i'm going to go look for her

It seems like the unconscious mind is logical, it prefers variety and is not concerned with attachment or emotions other than instant pleasure. The conscious mind desires bonds and is controlled by many emotions in different forms. Whether dreaming or awake there is always a conflict between these two human aspects. My life lessons have leaned my conscious thought further and further toward the perspective of my unconscious thought, and lucid dreaming seems to encourage this process. It might inspire the opposite in you temporarily, but ultimately it is only to bring you back to the realization that attachment is useless.
